For employees, answering ‘Why’s’ leads to job satisfaction.

Thus, we can form a positive energy circle. It begins with directed motivation, leads to answering ‘Why’s,’ moves over to job satisfaction and finally results in self-motivation.

If any organization can achieve this positive energy circle, success is definite. It will lead to multi-faceted growth of the organization as well as individuals. However, most organizations prefer to focus on monetary capital rather than human capital. As rightly said by Peter F. Drucker, the father of management practices:
