Book self-improvement motivation is easier said than done, especially for people who feel like they have a lot to learn or improve on in their lives. Another book that has helped me is The Seven Superfoods That Turn Your Body Into a fat-burning machine. I used to be overweight and didn’t know what to do about it. I did check out all of the diet books and programs that were out there. Don’t waste your money! I was able to get rid of my weight after learning from this book.
