o Visualize: This tip is incredibly important. I suggest that you visualize each mini-goals as though you are already working toward that goal. Imagine the steps you have to take to get there. o Focus: Each goal should have a clear call to action. You need to tell yourself what you need to do each day to achieve your goal. Do not focus on “what ifs.” If you don’t keep focused, you will give up before you achieve your goal. So, rather than asking, “what if,” focus on “now.”
o Small Steps: All of your goals should have small steps towards them. For example, if you are trying to lose weight, you don’t want to try and complete a marathon in one day. You don’t want to lose 20 pounds in two weeks, so instead write down how many pounds you want to lose. Then write down how fast you want to lose that weight. Then you can apply the knowledge you have learned and start taking action.
